About
Welcome to Tai Yien, a hidden gem nestled in the vibrant streets of Paris at 5 Rue de Belleville, 75019. Known for its authentic Chinese cuisine, Tai Yien offers a delightful dining experience that caters to both traditional and modern palates.
Upon stepping into Tai Yien, you are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to unwind and enjoy your meal. As one patron, Trang Nguyễn, aptly noted, the menu is conveniently placed on paper at the table, making it easy to browse through the various delightful choices available.
What sets Tai Yien apart is its commitment to offering dishes that satisfy without breaking the bank. Soonyata Mianlamai emphasized the restaurant's impressive value for money, sharing a meal experience that included pork belly, juicy ribs, savory fried rice, and fresh stir-fried vegetables—all for an affordable €17 per person. The portions are generous, ensuring that every diner leaves feeling content and fully satisfied.
However, it is worth mentioning that Tai Yien currently offers only portions of duck for dine-in guests, which may dissuade some from opting for a half-duck experience. A suggestion for the management could be incorporating this option for those who seek a more fulfilling duck dish on-site.
Every dish here is crafted to perfection, echoing the deep flavors and rich culinary traditions of Chinese cuisine. The friendly staff further enhances the dining experience, making visitors feel right at home. Whether you are here for a casual lunch or a special dinner, Tai Yien promises to deliver delicious meals that keep you coming back for more.
In conclusion, if you are in Paris and craving flavorful Chinese dishes in a cozy setting, look no further than Tai Yien. For reservations or inquiries, reach out via phone at +33 1 42 41 44 16. Come and indulge in a culinary journey that blends taste, quality, and affordability.
“ Quite various choices. It wasn't very crowed when I went there so I find the atmostphere good. The menu was a paper that they put on the table and it's was easy to check the menu. But they didn't sell half duck if you want to dine in, they only sell a portion of it and you could only take away if you want a half duck. I think it's better to offer even haft duck if the customer want and the restaurant and add additional charge for dining-in services. ”
“ The food is so delicious, such a decent Chinese food that will leave you really really satisfied. What’s more, it’s not exactly expensive at all. There were 4 of us. We ordered pork belly, ribs, fried rice, 2 ravioli sets, stir-fried vegetables, soup, and desserts. It costed only 17€ each. On top of that, the staff is friendly. ”
